BOSD error 0x0000007e, 0x00000050 and igdkmd64.sys on ThinkPad Edge 520 with Intel/ATI GPUs, Win7 x64

Hello to all Members on Intel forums and Forum Admins,

I have problems wish ThinkPad Edge E520 before it starts Windows I can get a BOSD screen with this errors::

1. The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff88005e832fe, 0xfffff88003b7e7c8, 0xfffff88003b7e020). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 112113-16707-01.

2.  The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xfffff900c1eab000, 0x0000000000000001, 0xfffff96000042364, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 081113-16941-01.

My notebook have switchable GPUs Intel HD 3000 + Ati Radeon HD 6630M. Error shows me up for first time before about 5 months ago. I searched on net about this error and I find that  this error is related to drivers (especially graphic drivers).

I try everything reinstalling Windows with Lenovo factory restore disks (Windows 7 Home Premium x64), using Official Lenovo GPU drivers newest ATI ones 13.4. 13.9 and 13.11 beta 2 & 5 which give possibility to use latest Intel drives too and nothing help!
