Intel HD Graphics 2000 and a DVI monitor

Hi. I have a Samsung SyncMaster S24B420 monitor that has both DVI and VGA outputs.

But my computer only has a VGA output, does that mean it doesn't support DVI?

And if it dose support DVI, how can I run it? With an adapter maybe?

And if doesn't, will changing the video card help? (even though it's integrated, so I don't think it's possible).

I really want this DVI thing to work.
