Hello, I am looking for some assistance with regard to installing updates to a graphics driver.

I have tried to both auto install through the Asus client update which status comes up 'failed' each time I try the update. As well as manually install the file from the download center which I get the error message "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer." Mind you I used the sites tool to identify my product and the correct file to download. I used the direct X diagnostic tool to confirm my device name and graphics driver version of 10.18.10.3308 . Any help would be appreciated, thank you very much.
