performance down with new driver Win64_15313 for hd4000 in Soni Allstar Racing transformed

Hello.

Using this driver decreases performance in Sonic Allstar Racing Transformend.

Everything starts to stutter und Loading is longer. Character list is hanging constantly.

What happend? was running better with drivers befor

is this going to be fixed ?
