I foolishly tried to apply these 2 updates and have since had errors igdkmd64.sys
I have a simple system with no graphics card
an ASRock Z77 Extreme4 with Intel Core i5-3470 CPU at 3.2 GHz and 16 GB memory
but using Intel Server Express Chipset SATA RAID Controller with Intel Rapid Storage to provide RAID 5
System is Microsoft windows 8.1 with all updates that do not cause crashes.
shows Display Adaptor graphics driver as 9.17.10.2932 12/12/2012
now getting BSODs at inconvenient times;<).
Had not expected any problems with Intel updates on an Intel machine.
Had to re-store to earlier point so now being offered the Intel updates again and the Microsoft updates for Internet Explorer
Installing any of the updates seems to result in a BSOD as if it has not truly undone the updates.
How can I diagnose the problem?
What is the fix?
