Running Windows Vista 64 Home Premium SP2 on a HP DV6930 Intel Core Centrino Duo T5750 2.0GHz with Display Adapter Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family. The machine worked great until aproximately last November. Do not know what happened, may be an update. I deactivated Updates since Previous Errors and problems...However, to switch to IE9, since IE7 was not supported anymore, I did an update SP2 and some updates. When the problem started.

I now... as many people has...have the well know igfx display driver problem...Started BIOS with blue screens....After that I recover and did some updates....The problem now is that,,( many times using my Admin user, most of the time, if I boot and use Guest user it has happened less times)....the sysytem start to freeze...blackout screen with pointing device,,,,comes and goes....then totaly dark and frozen....If I force rebooth..using safe mode,,,systems runs ok and do a sfc /scannow...then reboot and run under Guest user...since under Admin user cant,,,it freezes...I run as admin Console and use the SFC /Scannow with Guess user...it fixes the problem until I reboot again....The system updates and fails again...IGFX Dispaly driver Fails and recover.....But systems comes and goes until it freezes...

I have the CBS.LOG file...and I noticed that the SFC checks and find some problems and fix them....most of the time it find that the sysytem runs under AMD and to correct the error it substtue the file with the Intel ones...this fixes the problems until I decide to switch to admin after a reboot.

I have the CBS.log for yesterday...Could you please evaluate it and see if you can help to catch the problem....I know that there shall be a program running telling to my system to change settings under the Admin User...this is causing my driver to fail....But why the system is changin to AMD? I scanned for Viruses with my Norton without luck....I switch to Defaul driver under my ADIMN USER TO SEE IF THAT HELPS...

This is a copy of my CBS.Log only for 23 Jan 2015....The original is about 16MB in TXT...is too big and it covers from 20 Jan to 23 Jan 2015...Since I started to use SFC....
