Win 10 - HD 4400 Black screen from sleep then VIDEO_TDR_Failure Mem dump

I understand this is a work in progress by the Intel team. Here are my details. Hope it helps.

Description

Provide a detailed description of the issue AND 'does it fail every single time, or only sometimes?' If you can offer a % rate please do.

When laptop resumes from sleep, a black screen is displayed for several minutes, sometimes a Blue Screen Mem dump video_tdr_failure occurs.

About 10% of time.

1.Close lid of laptop to enter sleep mode

2. Wait

3. Open lid

4. Black screen displayed for several minutes
