发现一个问题，Intel HD GRAPHICS CONTROL PANEL SERVICE会造成win7语言栏的不正常显示。本来语言中只有简体中文，却在语言栏多出个CH、EN选项，经过不断观测，排除，确定是这个服务的问题，关掉这个服务就没问题了！
