Xn3iMrI.jpg

but on my surface pro 2 with intel hd 4400 and only 4 gb of ram, never crash, I can't understand why, but the people say it's a driver problem, I can install the same driver of my surface pro 2 on my intel atom and still is crashing. I think its a. problem of the chipsets or direct x, I'm not sure now but I think intel hd 4400 it's only compatible with directx 11, and the others with directx 12.

check this one: I'm playng and trying config during 4 hours without crashes.

I need your help a loot of people want play this game!

Hi there,

I have a new MSI GP72VR 7RF Leopard with a Intel HD graphics 630 card and NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060.

When I start Minecraft for the first time  I get this error:

[22:26:20 ERROR]: Game ended with bad state (exit code -1073740791)

I have installed the latest drivers for Intel HD Graphics 630:

Driver File Version: 21.20.0016.4534 (English)

Driver Version: 21.20.16.4534

Does anybode know if this driver version causes problems with Minecraft?

Thanks in advance!

External monitor and HD Graphic 4000 driver 15.33.43.4425

Hello,

I'm trying to use an external monitor connected via thunderbolt to my macbook pro 13.

I'm running Windows 10 under Bootcamp and the driver installed for my graphic card (a Intel HD Graphic 4000) is the 15.33.43.4425.

The problem is the external monitor remains black

It receives some signal because it doesnn't show the message "missing signal" but it shows black screen.

Uninstalling the Intel driver and the external monitor works fine. So I assuming the problem is in the driver itself.

Is this a known issue?

How can it be resolved?

Thanks

Flickering textures while playing Dreamfall (Intel HD Graphics 620)

Hello everyone,

I'm encountering a problem running the Steam version of Dreamfall on my new laptop--a Dell XPS 13 9360 with Intel HD Graphics 620.  I noticed a few textures (seemingly those that are lit up with a light source) flickering incessantly.  The only adjustment that has fixed the issue is rolling back my current graphics driver in Device Manager (from Intel 21.20.16.4526 to Microsoft 10.0.14393.0).  However, this comes at the price of an unbearably slow framerate, which doesn't seem to change even when I lower the graphical quality or the resolution.

I'm desperate to play this game again (in preparation for Dreamfall Chapters), so if anyone knows how I can correct these flickering textures (or, alternatively, improve the framerate I'm getting with the older driver), I would be absolutely indebted to you.

Thanks.

Halo 2 Vista Flickering Textures on Intel Iris Pro 580

I know this issue has come up many times on different versions of Intel HD Graphics. Basically, it's the same issue where several textures, particularly the shinier or lit up textures, will keep flashing and flickering the entire time. This issue was previously fixed on other versions of Intel HD Graphics such as HD 5000, but I recently switched to a Skull Canyon NUC and after installing Halo 2 Vista on it again, I started having the same issues again. I've already updated to the latest driver for the Iris Pro 580 but it still doesn't make any difference.

NUC5i3RYK HEVC decoding performance

I know that this topic has been discussed in several posts, but I'm getting considerable worse performance in my nuc comparing it with other results I've found in several sites. I have Windows 10 (64 bits), 8 GB RAM dual channel and latest GPU graphics installed (15.40.28.4501). The benchmark I use is HEVC decode benchmark (Cobra), my results are attached and the sites with better results are:

Halo 2 texture flickering

I recently got a GPD Win handheld with a Atom X7 Z8700 and I'm trying to play Halo 2 on it.
Halo 1 works perfectly fine, but on Halo 2 I'm getting flickering textures or z-fighting like on this video:

I'm running driver version 20.19.15.4501 but I also tried 20.19.15.4539 Beta, same result.
It's just the flickering textures that I have, otherwise the game runs fine, no framerate issues etc..

Any ideas how to fix this?

I can't update Intel HD 4600 drivers to Newer than 10.18.14.4414 - Need Urgent HELP!

I have recently bought a Miracast device for my TV and I want to stream some content from PC to TV.

In order to connect to with WiDi and Install the WiDi Drivers, I've read that I need Newer Driver for Intel HD Graphics.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate, I have i7 4790K, I have currently GTX 1080 running as main graphic hooked up to 2 monitors, and Intel HD 4600 as (disabled so far) secondary.
I enabled that yesterday from the BIOS as IGD and there was option in BIOS to select what memory it shares... I selected 512MB - it was max option. (I don't know if all of this is relevant but I want to give u some info)

Now these are my concerns.
From my previous experience of 3-4 Laptops and PC's owned... usually when I right click on Desktop I have "Graphic Properties" that is coming from Intel in the menu. Now I don't. No idea why.
When I open Nvidia Control Panel.. and go over to Global Settings... I usually have "Prefered Graphic Processor" or something. Now I don't.

I tried EVERYTHING to update the driver.. with the newest win64_153631.4414, older win64_153628.4332 drivers.. and it won't upgrade from 10.18.14.4414 no matter what I do.

This is what I tried so far:
1. I have tried "Upgrade Driver" from the Device manager, extracted the Zip, pointed "Have Disk" location... and it's saying "Your Drivers are Up to Date" while clearly they are not.

2. I have made Clean Boot with everything except windows services running, Uninstalled the drivers + Software completely, restarted. I got the Message "Sorry Windows couldn't install this device - No driver Found". I right clicked in Device Manager, found the drivers, installed them .. and I still got 10.18.14.4414 version even tho the zip downloaded, contains the Newest Drivers only. Tried with Newest and with Older. Still same.

3. I went to System32... gave myself Owner Permissions... deleted from Driver Repository the IGN folders... uninstalled again together with software... restarted to Clean Boot... reinstalled again.. no luck.

4. I downloaded the Intel Driver Update utility. It shows that I have installed Version "10.18.14.4414" and that Newest is 153631.4414 ... I press Download / Install.. it won't change them, even after screen blinking, restart done, etc.

I've spent over 20 hours troubleshooting before I ask help from you... but I am kinda desperate.. I don't want 70Euros to go down the drain because I can't install drivers for the HD 4600.

Another quick question:

In order to install the Widi what other drivers I need to check for updating? Intel Chipset, Intel HD Graphics, ... ?

Since I am doing YouTube / Live Streaming for Living, and this is quite urgent matter for me, to make everything functional, I appreciate all of your help.

Thank you Very Very Much, for your support, in advance.

P.S. Sorry for any English errors in my text, It's not my mother language

Graphics control panel problems

My tax program was working fine and filling my entire screen.  I use 2 monitors and was trying to adjust the 2nd one with the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel program and mistakenly clicked on something for the 1st monitor where my tax program was displayed.  I can't remember what I clicked on, but now the tax program fills only about 1/2 of my monitor - centered, but 5 inch dark spaces on both the left and right of the page displayed.  I thought, but am not positive it had something to do with checking the "maintain display scaling" option, but I am unable to uncheck it for some reason.  Excel, Word and all other apps fit the entire screen; it's only this tax program that doesn't now.  The only way I can get it to fill the entire screen now is to change the resolution from 1920 X 1080, which is what it was set at prior to the problem, to 1024 X 78 which makes all other apps huge.  Any ideas what setting can be reversed to get me back to normal?   Much appreciated.

Also it is possible to se black flashes on the display during this problem.

I tryed everything to fix it:

Feature Request - implement EDID override

$
0
0

Hello,

it would be nice if the Intel Graphics driver would support overriding EDID information like described in this document from Microsoft:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/hardware/gg487330

Why is this needed?

In a common HTPC (multimedia PC) setup with a PC, AVR (audio video receiver) and a television, the EDID information stored in the receiver & television that is passed to the PC determines the video and audio capabilities like: supported resolutions, supported audio formats etc ..

The problem is that very often the system only "sees" the EDID information of the television, and not that of the receiver, and so you don't get support for audio formats like DTS, DTS-HD, Dolby TrueHD that are supported by the receiver ...

The latest Sandy bridge CPU and corresponding chipset support all these sound standards, but they often not useable cause of these EDID problems.

Actually it really does not matter what video card / integrated graphics you use, NVidia and AMD graphics have the same problem, but their drivers

allows people to override the EDID information like is described in the above linked document from Microsoft.

Please implement this stuff, shouldn't be that hard to do, for one of you senior driver programmers it's probably just a few hours of work ...

Thank you

Christian

I have an Asus UX501J that use Intel HD Graphics 4600. Usually I connect 2 extra monitors. Today I came back to my computer and all displays was in chaos. My main screen was in 4K duplicated with some other screen that do not exist. In total my driver is telling me I have 7 monitors. See my screen dump. No use to update the driver. This is the latest. 2017-01-26 (2).png

Are three independent displays supported already with HD Graphics 630?

$

Hello!

I'm running an Intel Core i7-7700T with HD Graphics 630 on an Asus ROG Strix H270F Gaming motherboard.

OS is Windows 10 Pro (10.0.14393), Intel driver is 21.20.16.4565.

I want to use three displays with the HD Graphics 630, but can't get them to work. Motherboard specifications say three displays are supported simultaneously, ports provided by the board are DVI, HDMI and DP.

Intel 3 Displays FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions about 3 Displays Configuration ) mentions HD Graphics 615/620, but not 630.

Are three independent displays supported already with HD Graphics 630 or do I have to wait for a new driver still to come?

My displays are:

DVI: HP LP2065
HDMI: Wacom Cintiq 12WX

DP: Acer AL1714 (via DP to DVI cable)

After booting Windows only the DVI display is active, Windows PC settings don't detect any other display, Intel Graphics settings do detect the additional HDMI display, but not the DP display, and after rebooting it's the same again with only DVI being active.

Every display is working fine as long as it is the only display connected, so the ports are all working.

The displays are working fine simultaneously using an old AMD Radeon card, so BIOS settings or Windows should not be at fault here.

Any ideas?

Thanks for reading.
