Hi there!

I cannot update my drivers software for Intel HD Graphics 4600:

When I try to update the first item, everything is doing ok, and after restart, the IDUU shows the update again.

The second item (graphic driver 15.46.02.4729) cannot be updated; it says my pc doesn't have the necessary specifications.

The third item (15.40.36.4703) is being updated, but after the restart, it is still the old driver (20.19.15.4703) being shown in Device Manager.

What's going on there?

The GPU is the internal one on on ASRock H87 Performance, CPU Intel Core i5.

Hi, I'm having an issue with games from 2000 era in Windows 10. I have an Intel Atom z3735f processor, I have updated the drivers, tried all the different compatibility options for the games, tried out different options in the intel graphics panel. Hoping someone here can offer me a solution.

So, I'm trying to check the "Override Application Settings" box on my control panel and it unchecks itself, no solutions found online, rolling back drivers wont work

Laptop: Lenovo Z50-70 i7 4510u intel graphics 4400 geforce 840M 4GB

My Dell XPS 15 Laptop is having difficulties with it's display adapters. It has Intel(R)HD Graphics 530 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX960m. When either is enabled Windows will not load. I am able to fix by disabling both display adapters. I was able to roll back driver on the Intel to Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. This allows the NVIDIA to work. However now i have terrible problems with video quality when hooking up a second screen. Has anyone else had these problems?

According to your specifications your Intel i7 7700K with HD 630 graphics supports 4K at 60Hz. However when I go into the Intel Graphics Settings it only supports 60Hz at resolutions at 1080p or below. However if I go higher than that like lets say 3840x2160 it only lets me select 30Hz which is abysmal, and it also goes against what your claiming that it supports 4K at 60Hz. I used to have an NVIDIA GeForce 1070 and that let me choose 4K at 60Hz so it can't be the HDMI cable. I have a HDMI 2.0b cable which supports 4K @ 60Hz. This must be a driver issue or your CPU simply doesn't support 4K @ 60Hz. Can you please explain this. Thanks.

In short:

Got a 4K screen working on Windows,
on a Dell 13-5378 (Inspiron 13 5000 i5).

So I can see 3840 pixels × 2160 (HDMI, 30Hz).

Now same hardware, with Debian stretch (testing)

... I only get a max resolution of 2048 x 1152

The experts in the Debian forum have already tried to help me, but so far, no success.

Any idea what to do?

It seems there is some issue with the WDDM 2.2 (15.46) drivers where if I play a 4K HDR content the sound track of the file is not passed through to the AVR (Onkyo TX-RZ900). The software is PowerDVD 17.

The HDR metadata is passed as the TV is detecting and saying it is playing HDR content but the audio is missing.

If I revert back to WDDM 2.1 version (15.45) the problem goes away and I can play 4K HDR content at 60Hz without any problems.

Hi, I just updated my Kaby Lake i5-7600 HD 630 to latest graphics driver 15.46.2.1.64.4729

After resuming from sleep my screen just flashes and displays vertical lines. I can't see the desktop just the lines and flashing screen.

I have to power off the machine and reboot to get back into windows.

Seems to be an issue with the latest update as previous driver worked ok.

I am currently trying to play the online game Runecape on my Windows 10 64 bit laptop. The game however keeps telling me that my graphics driver is 6 months out of date, and to play the game in higher definition i need to download the latest Intel Graphics Driver. ( As seen pictured below.)

I followed the link and dowloaded the Intel Driver Update Utility 2.9, but this did not find a driver update needed. The laptop is currently running on Intel HD graphics.

Does anyone know the correct Graphic Driver to download for this to work?

Hey guys, I've been trying to update the driver for my computer for the past couple of hours with no luck, hopefully you all can help! My laptop is an Hp x360 convertible model 11-k120nr. My graphics card is an Intel(r) hd graphics. Thats it, there are no other numbers behind it. I've tried the driver in this thread. Can't Update Intel(R) HD Graphics Driver, Please Help!  with no luck. My computer is windows 10-64bit. lemme know if you guys have any suggestions!

I recently updated my system to Windows 10. I only had one monitor hooked up which was working fine, then I decided I wanted to add an additional monitor. The original monitor does not work anymore, but the monitor I hooked up recently which would have been my secondary monitor is now my primary monitor and the original monitor is off (power is on but nothing displays on the screen).  I have updated the drivers and uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them as well. I can't get the system to detect two monitors. I have Intel HD Graphics displaying in my device manager. Please help me with this issue. Please see screen shots below Thanks!

I have a fairly new computer (components, not a brand) running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Build 14393.  It has an Intel core i7-6700K processor.  My graphics adapter is Intel 530.  I've been having trouble trying to upgrade Windows because I end up with a black screen with a large cursor & can't see the desktop.  Apparently, Microsoft "updates" the driver & it doesn't work.

I went to Downloads for Graphics for 7th Generation Intel® Processors& see that the latest driver is 15.46.02.4729, updated 7/11/17.  I also downloaded & tried the "Intel Driver Update Utility Installer".  It gave me an error message, & didn't work.  So before I screw things up, I have a few questions:

1.  Will the latest driver, 15.46.02.4729, work with my graphics card?  [It says it's for 7th generation, which I have, but lists graphic adapters like 630, etc., not 530]

2.  If not, will 15.45.19.4678, listed on the same site above work?  [It says it's for adapter 530, BUT 6th generation processors]

3.  I currently have driver 20.19.15.4624.  How can I find where it's located?

What I'm planning on doing is disabling the current driver for the Intel card, trying to update Windows (& hopefully be able to see the desktop) & then update the driver.  I want to make sure that I have an updated driver before I do this?  (Or is it better to disable the driver, reboot, update Windows, click the device manager & update the driver through the device manager?)

I have a Toshiba Satellite P75-A7200 and I have the Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 .

Running Windows 8.1 64 bit.

I can't even open SketchUp pro. The image attached is their suggestions for solving the problem.

Intel Utility Update says that I have a customized driver and that I can cause problems by installing a generic one.

I went to Toshiba's website and updated my driver (Intel SandyBridge Display Driver v15.28.18.64.3223)

Still getting same crash report. What else can I do?

Hey, please i need help... My toshiba tecra laptop was working just fine till i decided to reinstall new window 7 and my computer has been acting up since. It will freeze up while am watching video online and start making this loud noise for about minute, it did this for about 3 days and its was shutting down afterward with blue screen STOP:0x000000F4. I tried to troubleshoot it and I found it was drivers error and the pc was also telling me it couldn't update drivers and when i clicked the icon it took me to media driver, and Intel HD driver subsequently. I went to intel website to download the driver update. Now, the pc doesn't shut down anymore with the blue screen but it keep freezing and making noise but not so loud as usual and it doesn't freeze long as well, it also freezes frequently now without the noise. Hello!

I have an Asus Zenbook Pro UX501VW with i7-6700HQ, 16GB of RAM, GTX 960M, 512 PCIe SSD and UHD display. From the moment I bought this laptop, it is constantly lagging.

By lagging I mean: Windows 10 UI (animations when Start is on fullscreen for example) is around 30FPS, sometimes even below. The performance in browser is just as poor: scrolling is between 15 and 45 FPS (The FPS was measured in Google Chrome with a plugin). Playing 4K 60FPS on YouTube is impossible. The sound is not synchronized with the video and the video itself lags.

I have a clean installed Windows 10 Home with the latest drivers (now running Intel HD Graphics version 4664).

Could you help me? It's really annoying for such an expensive ultrabook.

I also contacted Asus but they told me to go in service. I still believe that there aren't any hardware faults.

     I use ASROCK z270 gaming itx/ac mainboard and powerdvd17 play uhd through intel graphics 630,My television is LG c6p.When play start, powerdvd always show error 21001,hdcp initial error,play stop.I have tried every graphics driver.when use onboard DisplayPort ,works.I think it's incompatible issue graphics driver with my Lg television.

   This mainboad's hdmi use mcdp 2800BC,which convert dp 1.2 to hdmi 2.0，alike intel NUC and some gigabyte mainboard.

I have computer with Intel Graphics 630 card. When I connect HDMI cable to Samsung monitor XL2370HD (1920x1080), I can’t see all desktop. Desktop is stretched and picture is not good. Driver settings are 1920x1080 with 60 Hz. How can fix this?
