Hello

I have a Intel Core i3 6100 with Intel HD 530 graphic unit.

After investigating and searching a lot about the problem I found that a wide range of Intel graphic unit have this problem. The problem is about FIFA 17.

In my case, FIFA loads very very difficult while OS start to hang up. In the game There are lighting process problems like flashing and the gameplay in most scenes is like zebra skin!!!(below in the video you can see)

Please please please! Do NOT ask common and ordinary questions like updating , driver , etc

I’m a Professional user and before contacting the support center I did all methods to solve the problem and checked the similar posts on the Internet.

I want to make you confident that:

  1. 1- All the HWs are healthy and work without any problem.
  2. 2-  The OS is healthy and without malware and all the required runtimes are installed. In other words The System don’t have lack of HW or SW and is completely OK.
  3. 3-  The problem exists on every resolution and game setting.
  4. 4-  The problem does not solve with the beta driver.

It should be noted that FIFA 16 and 15 runs without any problem and this problem is for FIFA 17 and FIFA 17 demo (both have the problem).

I’m not alone and There are users that are suffering from this bothering problem like:

In the review article mentioned 2 times the Intel graphic problems.

Please see my video and above videos to see the problem.

Note: my friend with the exactly same specification (same MB, CPU,RAM) and a nVidia GPU does not face with these problems and bugs.

I think the only way to solve this problem is to release a new driver.

Hello,

I am wondering why the windows version of the HD4600 driver does not include support for gl_arb_shading_language_include extension?

I have found that the extension is supported under OSX for the same chipset.

I am using i7-4770 processor windows 7 pro.

Thank you,

Audio resolution problem with HD530 and i5 6600K

This deals with Intel Display Audio Driver.  If it is in the wrong place, please advise.

I built a HTPC with a Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming 7 motherboard with HD530 and an Intel Skylake i5 6600K cpu.  64-bit.  The motherboard complies with HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2.

I downloaded and installed the newest Intel HD Graphics driver version 15.40.7.4279 (Intel® Iris™, Iris™ Pro, and HD Graphics Production Driver for Windows® 7, 8.1, & 10)

In Advanced Properties under my DENON-HDAVR playback sound device, the '24-bit, 192000 Hz (Studio Quality)' default format did not show up in Windows 8.1, 64-bit Pro.  But it does show up in Windows 7 64-bit Pro.

The Intel HD Graphics zip file contains two folders under the 'DisplayAudio' folder.  One is entitled "6.16" and the other is "8.20".  The 8.20 version is automatically chosen and installed (the Intel Display Audio properties states version 8.20.0.541).  I just discovered that when I force the "6.16" .inf file to install, the missing resolution is listed.  While installing the 6.16 version, an "Update Driver Warning" is displayed stating the driver is not recommended.

I have switched back and forth between the two versions and 8.20 never displays the 24-bit, 192000 Hz resolution and the 6.16 version always does.

Does this indicate a problem with the Intel driver selection process for this motherboard?

As information, I initially installed the drivers that came with the motherboard.  I later updated those drivers with the drivers on the Gigabyte site.  The aforementioned resolution was missing in both cases within Windows 8.1.

Thank you.

HDMI sound lost

I have two windows 7 PCs with i3-6100 providing graphics and sound through HDMI.  Both of them sporadically have the HDMI sound go away.  Typically, the playback audio devices no longer shows an entry for "Intel(R) Dispay Audio" and has a red X.  Typically I can fix it by uninstalling the "Intel(R) Display Audio" driver and then scan for hardware changes to reinstall it.  Occasionally it is more complicated, but if this could be fixed it would be a huge improvement.  One of the PCs is an HTPC where it is very user un-friendly to have to pull out a mouse and walk through the steps to reinstall to get sound working, particularly for family members who just want to watch recorded TV.

Currently I am running the 4463 driver.  I tried the 4501 driver but it seemed markedly worse with respect to hitting this problem.  Of course I could have just been unlucky since it is sporadic.  However we still hit it almost every day at least once.  I attached the SSU for the HTPC taken while I had the "red X".  The HTPC is connected to an Insignia 37 inch TV via HDMI.  I have also hit the problem on a desktop PC connected to a HP 2310m display.  Any ideas on how to avoid this problem or track it down so it can be fixed?

The latest video driver (15.45) doesn't work properly

$

I own a noname mini PC (something like Intel NUC, but from noname Chinese manufacturer). It has Intel Core i7-6500U with Intel HD Graphics 520. I run Windows 10 with latest updates (build 14393.447) on it. I have been using previous release version of Intel Graphics Driver (20.19.15.4501) for a couple of months without serious problems. It (driver) actually sometimes crashed in video player (Daum PotPlayer) with enabled hardware acceleration, but it was quite rare, and after disabling hardware acceleration in video player there were no problems at all. The crashes looked like strange display artifacts, and system stopped responding, only "hard" shut down (pressing and holding power button) helped.

But after installing the latest Intel Graphics Driver (21.20.16.4542) the system crashes every time in about 30-60 seconds after loading Windows. It doesn't matter if I log into my account, or if I stay on login screen - it crashes anyway. It doesn't matter what I do during those 30-60 seconds. Notice, that system doesn't crash immediately. I can log into my Windows account, open apps, etc., everything works, but after 30-60 seconds it crashes. The crashes look the same as in case of hardware acceleration in video player - strange artifacts and system doesn't respond. Video that shows the artifacts.

The only way to make system to work properly is by returning to driver 20.19.15.4501 by any way - by using Windows System Restore, or by loading in Safe Mode and manually installing it (driver). Actually the same problem occurred with driver 21.20.16.4534 that came out several days before 21.20.16.4542 and was automatically installed by Windows Update.

The fact that system has been working properly with driver 20.19.15.4501 gives me hope that problem can be solved in future versions of driver. Maybe there are some diagnostics tools, or some special versions of driver with enabled debugging that would allow me to provide more technical information about problem? I'm ready to collaborate and, as I said, problem is easily reproducible for me.

Trying to set up dual monitors with Intel Q45/Q43 Express Chipset

I recently purchased a computer, and prior to buying it, I asked if it would support dual monitors, since that is what I need.  I was assured that this computer supports dual monitors.  The graphics card is listed at Intel Q45/Q43 chipset.  The online specifications for this chipset indicate that it supports 2 monitors.

(Intel® 82Q45 Graphics and Memory Controller Hub) Specifications

(Intel® 82Q43 Graphics and Memory Controller Hub) Specifications

However, when I tried to set up my second monitor, the only option available to me is "Single Display."  See the pics below.  What am I missing?  Do I need to download an updated driver?

Windows 10 Ver 1607 64 bit driver for intel HD graphics 3000

Hi All

I have a HP dv6-6016tx laptop with 2 display adapters in the display manager:

  1. AMD Radeon HD 7400M
  2. Intel HD Graphics 3000

When I first updated to windows 10, the screen would go blank for about 45 seconds while starting up and resuming from sleep. I fixed this by setting the EnableULPS registry key to 0. I think this just disabled the Intel Driver.

When I updated to Windows 10 ver 1607, I found that AMD Catalyst had been uninstalled (possibly not compatible) and the blank screen problem returned.

Now when I open device manager the driver details of Intel HD Graphics 3000 are:

Driver Version: 9.17.10.4229 Dated 05/27/15 Provided By Intel.

The driver on Intel website is for Windows 7 & 8 Only

Date: 05-Jun-2015 Version: 15.28.24.64.4229 (Latest) OS: Windows 7, 64-bit*, Windows 8, 64-bit*

I want to know whether I can install the above driver on Windows 10 ver 1607 (64 bit) Build: 14393.321 and whether the blank screen problem will go away.

Thanks is advance for your reply.

Even installing manually from device manager does not work.

Even installing from the Intel Update Software does not work.

Updated or supported HDMI test driver for AVR users who lose sync

$

I have the seemingly common problem of HDMI sync issues when connected through an external audio-video receiver to a TV. Some people are able to resolve the issue by taping off pin 19, but that did not work for w/o the Intel HDMI test driver. With the test driver and pin 19 disabled, Windows 8.1 MCE no longer shrinks down to 1/2 resolution or loses audio.

My current setup is an i5 Braswell Intel NUC with 6000 graphics, but I had the same issue on a previous 4000 series integrated GPU. This also happened with 2 different Yamaha AVRs connected to a Panasonic plasma and with or w/o HDMI-thru option enabled

I verified that latest official (non-test) drivers and betas do not include whatever code is in the test driver as they all resize/lose audio if pin 19 is enabled and have no output if 19 is covered. I even used teamviewer to login separately and attempt to set the display size w/o help

What is the ETA for merging the 2 driver versions so that drivers downloaded via Windows update or from Intel will also work? Otherwise, we are all stuck with a nearly year old driver

Thanks...

Can't connect to HDMI receiver anymore

$

Hi everyone,

I'm having one nightmare of a month I must say.. Here's the thing:

For about a year I used to run my desktop pc on dual boot windows 10 (upgraded from 8.1) and Ubuntu.

My pc monitor is connected thru DVI, and my HDMI output connected to Denon avr 2307 receiver, and the receiver connected thru HDMI to a HD ready Panasonic plasma tv. All was great for a long time, till one day a few weeks ago... I couldn't get any signal to my receiver anymore.

I thought it might be a driver issue so I tried to update and that didn't work. for the last month I've been looking all around the net for a solution and tried all kinda things such as:

*Completely remove display adapter and then reinstall

*Update my BIOS to the latest
*Changed an HDMI cable
*Later on I decided to clean install Windows 8.1 - same thing

*Also looked here and tried some of the suggestions - Intel HD 4000 No Display after loading Windows 7

My setup is -

Intel HD Graphics 2500

Asus p8h77-M LE motherboard

Intel i3 U3220 processor

8GB RAM

Windows 8.1 64bit

Here are some of the weird symptoms I currently have:

1. If my pc monitor is connected thru DVI, when I plug in the HDMI to the receiver - pc monitor loses signal (black screen) and nothing goes to receiver

2. during startup, when my monitor is connect to digital output (DVI), I see a black screen (no signal) till Windows starts up

3. Both Windows and Ubuntu won't recognize the receiver

4. If I connect my laptop to the same HDMI cable to the receiver - it works fine

5. If I connect my pc directly to the tv - it works, I get image and sound on tv

6. SOMETIMES when the receiver is connected, but is in standby mode, windows recognizes the Denon receiver. but when turned on it disappears

So it's really hard to tell what is the problem, but the result is extremely annoying.
After talking to customer service and no solution, I decided to ask the community.

Any suggestions what is the problem and\or what should I do?

My guess that it related to display driver or perhaps chipset, but it's weird that it doesn't work in Ubuntu too.

Please help me end this long frustration..

Thanks!

Intel Graphics 5500 huge, unplayable, horrible, square blanket of terror

$

Hello, I've recently bought the intel i5-5200U processor, which is awesome, and comes with 5500 graphics, which seem to be total and complete garbage.

I literally can't do anything graphic at all, because everything is covered in tiny little squares, all the time.  Every single program that needs graphics.

They look like this in Minecraft.  I can see the game and even play it behind the squares, but they're always there.  If I move in-game, everything that isn't

a black square moves, but obviously the screen is covered in black squares and therefore completely unplayable.  Screenshots below.

This is not only in Minecraft, but I only have screenshots of that game.  Everything else is the same.

Can someone help me not have the worst first impression of Intel integrated graphics?  Thanks, and sorry for the rage.

I was really excited for this laptop and I've been really let down by this aspect so far.  Thanks again!
