How to download the new beta driver for Skyrim Remastered.
The new beta driver for Skyrim Remastered is not able to be downloaded on my computer. When trying to download, I get the error message "Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date" and there is no way to bypass this as far as I know. I also went through the instructions on trying to install the ZIP file instead, but that still doesn't work. Does anyone know how I can download the driver? My computer specs are: Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.71 GHz. RAM: 12. System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64 - based processor.
Graphic driver update problem help
Recently I've been experiencing flickering issues with my laptop screen, and occasionally I get an error message/crash report saying this:
'Display driver stopped responding and has recovered
Display driver Intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows 8(R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered.'
For that reason, I decided to update my graphics driver, which I haven't updated since I got my laptop almost 3 years ago. I installed and ran the Intel Driver Update Utility 2.6, but then I got the following:
'A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer.'
I have an ASUS laptop and use a Windows 8.1 64bit. How should I proceed? Thanks.
display audio when connected to vizio tv
Computer - i3-6100, MSI B150 PRO-VHL motherboard, Windows 8.1
TV - Vizio E320-B0 32"
Issue occurs after computer has gone to sleep. After it has been woken up, I am unable to watch any videos (videos that would play in media player, Netflix app gives a configuration error, ect.). I have to restart the computer to fix the issue. Then, while restarting the computer will hang up on the restart screen for a few minutes, then BSOD with error for driver power state failure. I've checked the driver for the TV before i shut the computer down and it does give a warning for the audio display endpoint driver. I've done the check for updates but it says its up to date. Any suggestions?
HD 4600 graphic card , currently two monitors, want to get 3rd one connected, How?
Hi All,
Thank you for reading this. I currently have two 24 inch monitors which are connected to my desktop, they both have 1920x1080 resolution... They are connected via hdmi and vga cables . My intention is to get a third 27 inch monitor. Can I get all three monitors connected ? How do I do that ?
How can I use Deep Colour (10/12bpc = 30/36-bit color depth)?
First, education time, because most people still really don't get it.
1. Explanation of color depths
High Color (5/6-bit colour channels x RGB = 15 or 16-bit colour depth)
32,768 colours (15-bit depth) or 65,536 colours (16-bit colour depth)
- Go back 15 years or so, and you might remember this as an option in Windows XP's display settings panel.
- Nobody needs these modes any more
True Color (8-bit colour channels x RGB = 24-bit color depth). 32-bit colour is actually 24-bit colour with transparency)
8 bits of information per colour channel (24-bit color depth) =16.7 million colours.
- Almost all computer displays and all current smartphone displays are 8-bit per channel.
- Has been the standard for many years.
- Each pixel's three colour channels (red, green, and blue) have 256 levels of gradation.
- Often results in unsightly 'banding', particularly noticeable in gradients. Certain tricks have to be employed to avoid these colour problems.
- Many video sources are 8-bit per RGB color channel
Deep Color (10/12/16-bit colour channels x RGB = 30/36/48-bit color depth)
10 bits of information per colour channel (30-bit color depth) = 1.08 billion colours.12 bits of information per colour channel (36-bit color depth) = 68.71 billion colours.16 bits of information per colour channel (36-bit color depth) = 281.5 trillion colours.
- Many modern monitors and almost all modern TVs are actually able to handle 10-bit
- 10-bit is used in video formats (see Bluray or HEVC Main10)
- Deep colour's higher colour count eliminates 'banding' and various other visual artifacts
- 12-bit color is required for the HDMI definition of 'Deep Color'
- In 10-bit colour, each pixel's three colour channels (red, green, and blue) have 1024 levels of gradation.
2. The problem I am facing
- How can I enable 10/12-bit color in linux? I am already running latest drivers on arch linux.
- What about OSX or Windows?
- Whoa, hang on, what the fu.. have I just found a PDF where you guys actually say there is NO OPTION despite full hardware/software support because there is 'no content'? What? I can't enable more accurate colour even though everything works, because Bluray 4K isn't out yet? Are you £$%ing serious?
This document details the _full support_ of deep colour, but that UI options don't exist - so how do I enable this in linux (of which intel drivers lack UI anyway)?
FFS Intel. The drivers situation is appalling.
1. The driver versions ******** is still plaguing millions of machines
2. Haven't implemented 'custom' resolutions/refresh rates in Windows. After 5 god forsaken years.
3. And now, advertising features that should be supported BUT ARE DISABLED?
My stuff:
- 10-bit yamakasi IPS 1440p monitor, 3x panasonic TVs supporting 30/36-bit colour (tested with bluray player test modes)
- Intel i7 3667U laptop (DP)
- Intel i7 4710MQ laptop (HDMI)
- Intel i7 6560U laptop (DP)
- Intel Celeron 3150N (HDMI or DP)
- Windows 10
- OSX (3667u)
- Arch Linux (Celeron 3150N)

Can't get the recommended driver?
I installed Battlefield 1 and when I run it, it displays an error. It says Detected Intel driver version 20.19.15.4483. The recommended driver version is xx.xx.xx.4539 or later. Please update your drivers at http://downloadcenter.intel.com/ before playing the game. I have tried downloading the recommended driver version however, it says it is unable to update with my computer.

eye strain
hello,
I have a Notebook with Intel Core i7 4710 - Intel Graphics 4600 and external Nvidia Gforce GTX 850M for about 2 weeks now. I connect the Notebook on two different places per HDMI with nearly three year old lg monitors. With my old Notebook (Intel Core2Duo and Nvidia Gforce 9500GT) I had not any problems with this two monitors. However when I connect one of the two monitors with my new Notebook I get eye strain and headache. Of course I use the right resolution FullHD and tried out different brigthness and contrast adjustments in intel graphic properties. OS is Windows 7 Prof x64 and the newest drivers are installed. Version:15.33.22.64.3621
Nearly two months ago I purchased an other Notebook with Intel Core i7 4700MQ - Intel Graphics 4600 and Nvidia Gforce GT755 M. I had the same problem there and so I sent it back, because I thought that the Notebook has an defect. I tried out Windows 7 and Windows 8 and had the same eye problems in the two different OS.
Now I do not really know what the problem exactly is, because I have these problems with two different Notebooks on two different external LG Monitors and the integrated Displays of the Notebooks. But I thinkt the problem is the Intel HD 4600. Maybe that there is something wrong with the driver.
Do you have any ideas about this? Couse I can't purchase and send back new Notebooks all the time.
Sorry for my bad english

Updater utility could not find drives
I am trying to update the graphics drivers on my laptop (Toshiba SATELLITE C850-1D2 model) but the Intel driver update utility does not recognize the drivers (error says "no drivers were detected for your product"). 1 second mouse freeze - lags (when clicking Start; when changing desktop background...) in win 10x64 with i5-hd530
Hello,
I just bought a new HP Wave 600 desktop computer (i5 6ºgen with Intel Graphics 5300+AMD R9 M470 for 3D+Realtek HD Audio). This model was released in September 2016.
There are short mouse freezes -lags (about 1 sec). It happens sometimes when clicking in Start., ALWAYS when changing desktop background (in the transition between the old and the new background), sometimes when openning some win 10 universal app (twitter for example). Looks like the problem triggers when some animation or graphic transition are involved in the desktop. Tried different mouses. No change. Freezes keep happening. Tried to reinstall the OS from the ground and with no other programs or drivers intalled. No change. The mouse freezes are there from the very beggining after a n OS fresh install. It´s very annoying, frustrating. Any help would be really apreciated. Thanks
HDMI port won't work on Polaroid TV, is it a graphics driver issue? (Intel (R) HD Graphics 5500)
HDMI port doesn't work with this tv; Polaroid TV works fine with the same hdmi cable plugged into a Chromebox, but I'm getting no signal when I try my dell laptop. I updated the graphics driver to version 20.19.15.4463 but it didn't change, and I tried restarting as well. Nothing changes with Duplicate or Extend (F8) (running Windows 10 Home). I notice though that I don't have a graphics accelerator under device manager > display adapters, could that be a problem? And I right click desktop -> graphics properties -> Display -> Multiple Displays -> the only option I get is single display. What is wrong?
Thanks.
Josh
update: This is on a Dell Inspiron 7348, by the way.
update 2: 64 bit.
Refresh Rate for Intel HD 530
I have a Samsung 2233rz (Samsung Syncmaster 2233RZ Black 22" 5ms 3D Gaming 120 Hz Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 DC 20000:1 w/ HDCP Support-Ne… ) and it supports 120hz.
However, in windows 10 I can only see the option 60Hz.
Should I be able to see the option 120hz with intel hd 530?
I tried everything and nothing worked...
Thanks
igfxEM module crashing on HD Graphics 530
Monitor LG27UD58 connected on Display Port at Intel HD 530 does not wake, or start normally
I have Z170A M7 motherboard that has integrated Intel HD 530 Graphics with Display Port and HDMI, also a PCI-E Nvidia GTX 970 graphics card.
Problem is that my monitor LG27UD58 does not wake up from sleep normally when connected to Intel HD 530 Display Port, it just keeps flashing "No signal," and retries several times, messing the desktop windows each time I wake the computer. It starts working if I fiddle with the power buttons on the monitor, but it's too late then it has already messed up the windows.
I also have another 4K display: XB271HK if I try that one to HD 530 Display Port, it works just fine, resumes from a sleep without problems. I have also verified that the problem is most likely with HD 530 drivers, since the LG27UD58 resumes from a sleep when connected to my GTX 970.
I'm fairly certain that the problem is in HD 530 drivers, since it works with some monitors and not with others.
Thanks.
Edit: I have also updated the mainboard bios to latest version. It didn't help.
Edit: Only way it wakes up from a sleep normally is pressing the monitor button just before wake up event. It's a bit of a hassle but what can you do.
Low resolution cursor when adjusting saturation
I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T460S with an i5 6200U with Intel HD Graphics 520. When I adjust the saturation via the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel, a weird problem occurs. At first everything is normal, but as soon as you move your cursor over some text and the cursor changes to the beam, and then go back to anywhere else on the screen so the normal pointer appears again, the quality of the mouse decreases dramaticaly. When you set the saturation slider back to 0, the problem disappears.
I have already tried to completely uninstall the GPU drivers via Display Driver Uninstaller and installing the newest driver on the Drivers page from Lenovo. Unfortunately, it changes nothing.
Please help me, since the colors on standard settings look quite dull.
