HDMI sound lost
I have two windows 7 PCs with i3-6100 providing graphics and sound through HDMI. Both of them sporadically have the HDMI sound go away. Typically, the playback audio devices no longer shows an entry for "Intel(R) Dispay Audio" and has a red X. Typically I can fix it by uninstalling the "Intel(R) Display Audio" driver and then scan for hardware changes to reinstall it. Occasionally it is more complicated, but if this could be fixed it would be a huge improvement. One of the PCs is an HTPC where it is very user un-friendly to have to pull out a mouse and walk through the steps to reinstall to get sound working, particularly for family members who just want to watch recorded TV.
Currently I am running the 4463 driver. I tried the 4501 driver but it seemed markedly worse with respect to hitting this problem. Of course I could have just been unlucky since it is sporadic. However we still hit it almost every day at least once. I attached the SSU for the HTPC taken while I had the "red X". The HTPC is connected to an Insignia 37 inch TV via HDMI. I have also hit the problem on a desktop PC connected to a HP 2310m display. Any ideas on how to avoid this problem or track it down so it can be fixed?

Having trouble with finding the right graphics driver
I want to play Forza Horizon 3 and it says I need to update to 21.21.13.7290. I have an intel hd graphics 530 and the highest intels website says i can go to is 15.45. So my question is: is 15.45 enough to play forza horizon 3 if i asked me for 21.21. If not then, is there anyway to get 21.21.13.7290 on my machine (MSI GS63vr gtax1060)?

I have a problem with my cpu (i7 6700k). I bought a new monitor (viewsonic vx2457-mhd). this monitor is 75hz and full hd. my problem is with hd 530 graphics. i want to do 75hz in intel graphics control panel, there is no image in this time. if i do 60hz 1920x1080 The image is coming but
It goes in half an hour and suddenly comes. This is happening constantly. I tried all methods (new hdmi cable,motherboard bios update, graphics driver update) It did not improve.
Could you help me with this problem?

Intel HD Graphics 5500 defaulting after restart
Hi,
Intel HD Graphics 5500 defaulting the display to 1024 X 768 in Windows 10 whenever the computer boots. I have to change the display settings to full screen every time I log in to the full screen resolution 1920 X 1080. Can this be set permanently? I am using Dell Inspiron 17 5000 series.
Appreciate any help.

Hi, I'm from Buenos Aires Argentina, I recently bought an i3 6100 with integrated board HD 530, a few months ago, I have problems with the screen resolution of my samsung syncmaster 2033 monitor, which works at 1600x900 60hz, I have windows 10 64bit, and the Intel driver are updated to the latest version which is 21.20.16.4542, but it gets unstable at times, I have to use it at 1440x900, If I use the resolution of 1600x900 the image is deformed

DH77EB monitor's driver / software
Dear Intel,
It would be great if you could refer to my previous post : Does Intel DH77EB support monitor with 2560x1440px resolution?
I've just change my monitor to VX3209-2K 32" QHD LCD monitor - LED Display - Products - ViewSonic
However, I only managed to get maximum 1920x1080px resolution from the Intel's HD Graphics Control Panel.
May I know is there any drivers / software available for me to install in order to achieve 2560x1440px resolutions?

Graphic driver update problem help
Recently I've been experiencing flickering issues with my laptop screen, and occasionally I get an error message/crash report saying this:
'Display driver stopped responding and has recovered
Display driver Intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows 8(R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered.'
For that reason, I decided to update my graphics driver, which I haven't updated since I got my laptop almost 3 years ago. I installed and ran the Intel Driver Update Utility 2.6, but then I got the following:
'A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer.'
I have an ASUS laptop and use a Windows 8.1 64bit. How should I proceed? Thanks.

How to install "setupChipset" of version 10.1.1.14 to stop windows from freezing?
In another forum, it said that 3rd generation isn't supported anymore (https://communities.intel.com/thread/100347)so I was supposed to install 10.0.27 - and windows still freezes. Which hardware should I replace to make the latest version possible to install? Or could it be completely a different reason why my PC freezes. It's for windows 10.

HD Graphics 520 couldn't support "Horizon 3", Xbox game play anywhere? From "Horizon 3" HW requirement, it needs 2G graphic memory, doesn't HD 520 have that capacity?
I got DELL XPS 13 9350 about a year, which equipped 4K display. Recently just installed "Horizon 3" onto my laptop, but it always crushed & complaint graphics driver doesn't support that game. Is there any way to fix?

Driver crashes / stops responding during hardware accelerated video apps or web browsing with x8300 CPU and Windows 10
I still have the same problem and many other users of this tablet / CPU(cube iwork10 Ultimate) using a x8300. Please fix this. Driver version is 4549 and Windows 10 64bit. It happens very often using Chrome, or Video apps like watching Twitch, VLC, MPC ect.

i7-7700k Drivers
Recently I upgraded my PC to the new I7-7700k with an Asus Prime Z270-A ATX Motherboard and 2 x 8GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR4 Ram.
Since this upgrade, my PC has been crashing to desktop about 15 minutes after I try and play and games.
I believe this issue has to do with the fact that my CPU currently has no driver, I could be wrong in saying this however.
Any help is appreciated with this issue, or if there is a release date for CPU drivers that I could have.

HD graphics 520 displayport
My company have just replaced my laptop to a HP Elitebook 850 G3 on winsodws10 enterprise with HD graphics 520 and driver v20.19.15.4483. I could connect my desktop monitor via a VGA to DP adaptor into the DP port of old laptop and worked fine however this new machine will not recognise the monitor. Advise please. I have attempted to upgrade drivers but cannot take Intel direct as says not compatible possibly due to manufactures adjustments?? If anyone needs further specs or info please yell as this is my first post here and hoping someone can assist.

Cant install Intel HD Graphics 3000 on HD67BLR MB
I change my motherboard recently (previous died) and since i have no dedicated GPU for the desktop for now, need to rely on integrated graphics. Cant install the driver. Even tho the installation itself runs successfully, there is no video signal after the windows loading screen. The PC works fine, other than the poor video quality... Bios seem to be on the latest version, wich supports up to 3rd gen intel cpus, so i dont get what the issue is here. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Civilization VI directx12 with HD 5500 graphics
Hello,
my one year old notebook is equipped with a Broadwell i7-5600u cpu and a HD 5500 graphic card which are advertised as supporting directx12. But when i start the game i am asked if i want to start civ or civ directx12 for windows 10 1607+ and when i choose directx12 option I've an error saying that there's no equipment supporting DX12. Is it normal ?

Intel HD 530 Graphics - HDMI to DVI not working
Good morning, I bought an ACER desktop PC with Intel HD 530 Graphics on board and 2 HDMI outputs.
I tried to connect it to my Samsung Syncmaster P2250 monitor with an HDMI-DVI-D cable (the monitor has only a DVI and a VGA port), but the screen remains blank.
I connected the monitor to the PS4 and to my Bluray player with the same HDMI-DVD-D cable, but in this case it worked perfectly, so I think that the problem lies in the graphic card.
Does anyone have any idea/suggestion?
