Hi,

For over a month now, my intel graphics driver hasn't been functioning properly and it's driving me nuts. I have tried everything I found on the net, nothing works. The intel graphics control panel doesn't open, the intel graphics settings that come up when you right click on the desktop doesn't exist. When I open display settings it shows that I have 5 screens, whereas I only have my laptop screen. When I connect my laptop to TV, it doesn't work.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT ASAP!

Thank you,
Regards,
Emre.

Corel Paint Shop Pro X wont start due to new Intel HD 530 Driver (Win 8.1 64bit)

Hi,

when i install one of the newer Drivers (Beta Build 4534 (comes through Windows Update) or the current stable 4542. (Btw, why is it blocked to Copy Driver Information from the Driver Site ???)

When one of both Drivers are installed, Paint Shop Pro X wont start and is hanging at the PSP Logo.

When i uninstall the Driver, PSP works again. ive tried the lastest one too, doesnt work.

With Driver 4501 there seem no Problems. At least i did not notice any (so far).

I use Windows 8.1 64bit with 32GB, but PSP X is 32bit Application. (this Version is more than outdated (2006), but it worked already and this is obviously Driver related and not an Windows issue)

Multiple Screen Issues with HD 4400

I have a Dell Inspiron 5537 with the HD4400 video card. I use MediaShout for presentations and it can provide a "Stage Display" 3rd screen via a DisplayLink
USB adapter. It worked fine with Win 8.1 and Win 10, but when reverting back to Win 8.1 (clean install) the video card no longer lets me re-order the screens (1. Laptop, 2. Main screen, 3. Rear screen via DisplayLink)

Win 10 had other issues but the screens worked fine. I have the latest DisplayLink driver (tried the previous one too). Tried as many HD4400 drivers as I could find, without success.

I am not sure which Intel driver that I had previously. Please Help...

Intel HD Graphics 4400 update issue

For a couple months now my Intel HD Graphics 4400 driver has not recognized any updates even though I search for drivers online, and there are updated new drivers. I use a third-party program called DriverEasy, (to help me see what drivers need to be updated since Intel Driver Update Utility only tells me the Bluetooth drivers need to be updated) and every time I scan for driver updates it says Intel HD Graphics Family needs an update. And when I install it, errors usually come up pertaining to the driver not being compatible with my system and that the system requirements don't meet. I need help with getting the graphics driver updates to my laptop because it affects game performance for some games that I play such as CS:GO. My processor is a i3-4030U.

Atom Z3735f (Intel Compute Stick) Resolution Scaling Has No Option for Scale Full

This is essential for such a low-powered device to allow us to utilize 3d applications that cannot handle high native resolutions on certain displays.  Why is there no option for Scale Full Screen??  Can we please get this corrected in a future HD Graphics update for this device?  My device only has "Maintain Display Scaling" and "Center Image", which results in a small display with big black borders on lower resolutions.  This is a silly situation.  Please add Scale Full Screen

Dell Inspiron 3543 laptop blank issue during multiple display using hdmi to vga converter

Hi!

I have a Dell Inspiron 3543 laptop with Intel HD 5500 videocard operating with Windows 10 64 bit. I connected a LG Flatron L1750H monitor  to my computer using a VGA to HDMI converter and experienced the following issue. The second monitor blanks in every 20-30 minutes and as a result each window that was opened on the 2nd screen is placed back to the original screen. I have tried to reinstall the graphic card driver with the monitor connected to the notebook. It did not help.

Could you please advice me?

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards,

Daniel

Display driver error message in Windows app

I have a Toshiba L750 laptop. I haven't installed all the drivers but did install the recommended Intel Display Driver (8.15.10.2353) for this laptop.

I have been having problems with Movie Maker in Windows 7. It keeps crashing and I am getting error messages such as this one which seems to indicate something to do with the Graphics Driver (see number below in Fault Module Version):

Now I have tried to run the latest Intel Driver Update Utility and it doesn't find any drivers to update although it is obvious that this driver has been installed. Also in the Control Panel I have an Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel (see attached report for additional information).

I didn't install any of the other Intel drivers as recommended by Toshiba for this model (i.e. chipset utility) as I am not sure what Windows 7 SP1 picks up on its own.

I am not sure where to go with this problem now and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Intel HD Graphics 530 HDMI issue: stopped working after update

Hi,

I just bought a new laptop and everything was working fine until the system drivers got updated to the latest issue.

My machine:

ASUS ROG GL552VW

Intel i7 6700HQ

12 GB RAM

Nvidia GTX 960m

Windows 10

etc..

I plugged in my Hitachi 42' smart tv through the HDMI port and it was working fine, then both windows 10 and the device drivers were updated to the latest versions. After the reboot the HDMI port stopped working: the second screen is not being recognized (as confirmed through Intel HD Graphics control panel, the Hitachi TV is no longer recognized as a display). I tried a lot of different solutions, including:

Manually removing and re-installing all the graphics drivers to the latest version (tried both Beta 15.45.12.4552 and 15.45.12.4542)

Manually removing and re-installing all the graphics drivers to a very old version (roll back, in other words)

Disabling and re-enabling the Intel HD graphic display adapter via the device manager

Changing HDMI cable (hi speed and non hi speed)

Changing HDMI port on the TV

Rebooting again and again

Win + P switching between duplicate and second screen only

Please note: the TV and the HDMI cable are perfectly fine, I have tried my old Asus (with Win 7) on both ports and both HDMI cables and works fine

The only thing that really worked until the following reboot was changing HDMI cable: for some odd reason when I turned on my pc with my cheaper, shorter HDMI cable the dual display did work. Then Win 10 downloaded an update and had to reboot to install it, after the reboot HDMI connection was gone again.

This is getting really frustrating as I mainly use my laptop plugged in my big 42' screen because I work in my lounge, and in all my years using laptops I've never came across something so random. Please advise.

Ultra-wide Display Resolution Issue

I have reached out to support a few days ago but they have not yet provided a solution for the following issue. I was hoping that if someone may have had the same or very similar issue that they could assist me.

I have a MSI GS60 2QE or model number MS16H5 it has an Intel HD Graphics 5600 details are posted below context

I have connected 2 LG 25UM57 LED-lit Monitors with resolution of 2560x1080, they each have only 2 HDMI inputs

I have one connected to my machine via HDMI Straight Through to HDMI on my machine which out puts a resolution of 2560x1080 lets call this one Monitor A

The second is connected to my machine via HDMI from monitor to a 4K supported HDMI to MiniDP adapter (Staples brand) connected to my machine in the MiniDP which will only give me a resolution of 1920x1080 stretched across the monitor. We will call this one Monitor B

I have swapped connections with Monitor A and the problem follows the MiniDP connection as the HDMI always outputs 2560x1080 to both monitors, all HDMI cables in question have been tested and provide a resolution of 2560x1080.

I can create a custom resolution in Intel HD Graphics Control Panel however when I do this I can only get 44hz refresh rate before the application says it exceeds the bandwidth. I have created the 2560x1080 Custom Resolution with refresh rate of 44z this still causes further complications the monitor (B) displays "Out of Range"

I am looking for solution or workaround for the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel Application as the physical layer has been proven to provide the proper resolution.

I have the most up to date driver which should be noted in the attached files

extra (nonexistent) displays showing after Windows Update

After a Windows update on or around 11/2/2016, my laptop began to have issues connecting to external displays in extended mode.  There are now 4 extra displays represented in the device manager and display settings.  I can no longer open the intel HD graphics control panel either.

The "broken" driver is 20.19.15.4531.  Installing an older driver works, however auto-updates keep installing and re-upgrading to the broken driver.

This is a Dell Precision M3800 laptop.

This seems to be the same issue as the two following items:

Broken Driver 20.19.15.4531 (Windows 10, i5-4210M, HD 4600)

Re: HD 4600 none existent monitors

Please advise a fix for this recurring and seemingly unavoidable issue.

Thanks,

Intel graphics driver not updating.

Please help!

So I have been trying to do update my current driver version (10.18.14.4029) to the latest intel graphics driver (15.36+, etc). But by clicking the Setup (or Setup.exe) in the unzipped file, it says that "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements to install this driver" OR "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer."

Then, I tried the "Intel (R) Graphics Driver Software - InstallShield Wizard", it ran and was extracting files but later it said "this operating system is not supported".

Then i extracted the files into a folder and manually install through Device Manager > Display adapter > Intel (R) HD Graphics 4400 > update driver > browse for software > browse > (folder with driver files) and said that it was already install "Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400", and the version is still 10.18.10.4029.

So I did the entire manually install but this time i when through "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer" > Have disk > browse > (folder with driver files) > Graphics > igdlh64 (.inf?) > (clicked OK) > Next, it was installing, then my screen turned black for a while then said i needed to restart. I restarted and checked the driver version: it was still 10.18.14.4029.

My PC:

Windows 8.1 (HP Pavilion)

Processor: Intel (R) Core(TM) i3-4130 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40GHz

Installed Memory (RAM) : 4.00GB

System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

I just want to play Star Wars: Battlefront.

Please help? Maybe i downloaded the wrong driver graphics version? Any recommendations?

Low resolution cursor when adjusting saturation

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T460S with an i5 6200U with Intel HD Graphics 520. When I adjust the saturation via the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel, a weird problem occurs. At first everything is normal, but as soon as you move your cursor over some text and the cursor changes to the beam, and then go back to anywhere else on the screen so the normal pointer appears again, the quality of the mouse decreases dramaticaly. When you set the saturation slider back to 0, the problem disappears.

I have already tried to completely uninstall the GPU drivers via Display Driver Uninstaller and installing the newest driver on the Drivers page from Lenovo. Unfortunately, it changes nothing.

Please help me, since the colors on standard settings look quite dull.

Can't find correct graphics driver for windows 7.

Hi. I recently bought the HP Notebook - 17-x115dx and replaced the windows 10 OS with windows 7. The HD graphic driver that came pre-installed was the Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver Version: 21.20.16.4471 Rev.A, File name: sp76491. It won’t install any longer as it’s windows 10 only. I downloaded and installed Intel’s Driver Update Utility 2.6 and did a scan, and it came back with what I thought would be the driver I would need,

Intel Graphics Driver [15.45] win64_154510.4542.exe

I downloaded it and attempted to install it but it did not work. I got the error below. Any help would be appreciated!

“This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.”

I basically just have the standard vga with no controls for brightness.

Thanks!
