Dear Sir,

Ref: 1)4k resolution issue intel hd 630 graphics |Intel Communities

2)Noise in display port 1.2 audio at full 4k resoultion(4096*2160)

There is no fix on the above 2 threads.I have till now got no reply from LG also.I will enumerate the issue point by point.

1)There is no display when the monitor is directly connected via motherboard display port.

2)When i use a thunderbolt 3 convertor i'am getting display but there is noise is display port audio.LG service centre changed the monitor motherboard twice but the noise issue in display port is not fixed. They have informed that it is an issue with intel graphics driver. To be noted that there is no noise with hdmi 1.4 input.

3)When using nvidia graphics card both the above mentioned issues are not there and it detects the monitor without any issues and no audio problems. If nvidia can do it ,why cant intel fix this issue at driver level.

Kindly try to work a solution for the issue as lot of consumers are faced with the same issue.Expecting a positive response from intel.

With best regards,

Amal Ashok

I don't know if this is a problem with my system but the COD:MWR doesn't work on UHD 630. When the game start, it just crashes to desktop and show the error: The application h1_sp64_ship.e was blocked from acessing the graphics hardware.

I'm using the latest windows 10 version. Intel graphics driver version x.x.x.6229. I already tried to enable/disable w10's game mode. Also tried to run as admin and compatibility mode with w7/w8.

My system:

i7 8700

16gb 2400mhz (2x8)

Msi b360m pro-vh

The game is not that heavy. I think it should be fine to run on low/medium

Can someone help me ?

Thanks

Collage Display Mode with Touchscreens

$

Hi,

I know this has been asked before but not answered satisfactory (Is touch screen supported with Collage Display? Touch screen is not supported.)).

We NEED to have our dual display as collage and one of these screens NEEDS to be a touchscreen. Therefore, the Intel HD Graphics NEEDS to be able to support this. So, how do I get the Intel HD Graphics software to span across two monitors while still allowing the touchscreen to work?

Extended Display Mode does not work in this case and is not an option. The PC (which is a small embedded PC running Windows 10) comes with Intel HD Graphics as standard. If there is no way that this will work we will need to source alternative solutions, such as not using Intel Graphics.

Many thanks,

Gerald.

Any reason why only one of the nuc8i7HVK HDMI ports seems to work?

I am trying to use 2 monitors but only the front HDMI port on my new nuc8i7HVK seems to work. I have tested both screens and they work on that front port, but not the back one.  Both cables work also.  Win10 says it can't detect a second screen in the Display settings no matter what I do. I have been on the Intel site and downloaded all latest drivers.  Rebooted several times.  Anyone have any ideas?

Intel Graphics 530 driver cause Black Screen at boot

I have a client with a Dell Latitude E5570 running Windows 7 x64 with the most recent patches and updates applied.  It is Black Screening at boot whenever I apply the 530 Drivers. The drivers acquired from Dell's site, Intel's site an Windows Update are causing this same issue.  The only thing that I have found to resolve my issue is to uninstall the driver in safe made or to do a system restore to an earlier restore point.  The BIOS has been updated to the latest version and I have set the Power Scheme to High Performance (I saw in another thread that someone was able to resolve there issue by updating the power scheme).   I should say that on the latest boot I did see Explorer briefly flash up before the black screen however CTRL+ALT+DEL does nothing.  I also notice that it is not on the network.

Intel UHD Graphics 620 issue with YouTube 4K@60Hz

Hello,

I have issues viewing YouTube content in 2160p at 60 Hz. The video is stuttering and YouTube's "statistics for nerds" reveals that about one third of the frames are dropped. I have a steady internet connection of about 60 Kbps and the buffer health is around 10 s. Thus the problem seems not to be with my connection but rather with the playback of the content. The stuttering is worse when viewing in fullscreen but noticeable otherwise as well. When switching from 2160p to 1440p the stuttering is reduced but some frames are still dropped (in fullscreen).

I'm using a laptop with an Intel Core i5-8250U, Intel UHD Graphics 620, 8 GB 2400 Hz DDR4 RAM and an external (extended) monitor. The external monitor runs at 3840x2160 resolution and 60 Hz refresh rate while the laptop monitor has a resolution of 1920x1080 and is also running at 60 Hz. I've tried connecting the monitor with an HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 with similar results. I'm using Windows 10 Education (10.0.17135) and graphics driver version 23.20.16.4973.

Best regards

Lenovo L380 Yoga flickering with external monitor (Intel® HD Graphics 620)

Hello all,

This is my first time that I posting something so please let me know if you need further details or clarifications.

I have a Lenovo L380 Yoga and when i connect an external monitor I got flickering on the external monitor and some times on the laptop's monitor.

I am connected with HDMI cable and I tried using a BenQ monitor and HP monitor.

I have tried different types of HDMI cables.

I have downloaded and tested the below drivers:

laptops and netbooks :: thinkpad l series laptops :: thinkpad l380 yoga type 20m7 20m8 :: 20m7 :: 20m7001buk :: r90r2ju2…

laptops and netbooks :: thinkpad l series laptops :: thinkpad l380 yoga type 20m7 20m8 :: 20m7 :: 20m7001buk :: r90r2ju2…

Downloads for Intel® HD Graphics 620

I have also tried through BIOS settings on the display section by changing the priority to HDMI port and also adjusting the memory from 256MB to 512MB

I have the latest firmware and BIOS updates from Lenovo website for L380 Yoga.

laptops and netbooks :: thinkpad l series laptops :: thinkpad l380 yoga type 20m7 20m8 :: 20m7 :: 20m7001buk :: r90r2ju2…

laptops and netbooks :: thinkpad l series laptops :: thinkpad l380 yoga type 20m7 20m8 :: 20m7 :: 20m7001buk :: r90r2ju2…

Finally I have tried all available refresh rates from Intel(R) UHD Graphics Control Panel 50 Hz, 59 Hz and 60 Hz.

I have concluded that I need a compatible Intel HD Graphics 620 drivers, either a new release or on old generic one.

I am not an expert so it may be something else.

Do you have any suggestions?

I have two 4K monitors. One of them displays 4K resolution and the other( Samsung U28D590D) does not display 4k.

I am using HDMI cables that came with the monitors. My laptop has display port. So I use display port to hdmi converter.

Here you can see what I mean (by the flickering): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uUVC7XRtcT0

Drivers 24.20.100.xx causes monitor not stay in standby (backlight blinks on/off)

Hello,

I have the following problem:

When it is supposed to enter stand-by the image is turned off but the backlight is turned on / off every 5 seconds. That way it stays indefinitely, so I cannot use the new drivers.

It only happens with the new drivers branch 24.20.100.xx  (tested 24.20.100.6025, 24.20.100.6094, 24.20.100.6136 and 24.20.100.6194 drivers)

My system is an ASUS HERO IX motherboard (Z270) and an Asus PA249 monitor connected by DisplayPort. Windows 10 1803.

Is there a replacement for G41 Express Chipset

$

I have an older desktop that uses the G41. (uses a 775 Socket) which our "friends" at MicroSoft issues an update on 9-10-2018 that basically stopped the unit from working.  The video will flash a few times and then display a not supported message on the screen.  The unit was a Win 7 and then upgraded to Win 10 2 years ago.  I would prefer the least expensive option to get back on line.  I do not like using my laptop if at possible.

My options appear to be:

1.  Replace the chipset

2.  Replace the mother board, etc.

3.  Purchase a new computer.

Would appreciate any feedback.  The so called repair shops all want to sell a new machine at the $750 and up range.  I am on fixed income and not wanting to go that route!

Intel G5400 - UHD 610 Graphics Driver Issue

Hello,

I have a problem instaling the graphics driver for the G5400 chipset. It tells me that "the installation package is not supported by this processor type."

It should be the Intel UHD 610 driver. I tried different versions but none of them work. There was an old version that was compatible but it had conflicts.

Looking forward for a solution. Thanks!

HD Graphics 630 Screen Shutter Issue

$

Hello

I have a new Lenovo ThinkCenter M710q with an i5-7500T and HD Graphics 630.  It is plugged in with displayport to an LG 27UD58-B.  I have an issue where the entire screen will shutter every few minutes.  It's not consistently happening on the minute, but it does consistently happen.  I have seen better results with newer drivers but I can't seem to get it to go away.

So far I have tried the following.  None of which has seemed to help.

  1. Turned off display scaling
  2. Installed the following drivers
    1. 24.20.100.6025
    2. 24.20.100.6094
    3. 24.20.100.6136
    4. 24.20.100.6286 - this is where I am now

There are a number of options in the Graphics Conrol Panel that I can change.  Do you have any suggestions on what to try.

Thanks

Monitor will not stay in standby.

I have an ASUS Prime Z370A motherboard with an Intel 8400 processor (Intel UHD Graphics 630, driver 24.20.100.6194) and an LG 34UC97 monitor on a data port.

When the monitor goes to standby (after 20 minutes in my case) a message comes on saying "no video monitor will shut down shortly".  The message then disappears and the monitor shuts down but quickly reawakens in 5 seconds & displays the same message again.

This will repeat until the computer actually goes to sleep (after 1 hour). This began after driver win64_15.65.5.4982.  If I reinstall this driver it works fine.
