Driver Intel HD 530 not working Dual DVI 4k

Hi!

What we have:

1) monitor Crossover 27Q 27" (2560 * 1440 * 60 Hz), guaranteed to work in these mode on the AMD / Nvidia graphics cards

2) good working cable Dual Link DVI-D and HDMI

3) Motherboard Asus H110M-A outputs with DVI-D / HDMI and Intel HD 530 graphics

* Board Specification:

- Supports HDMI with max. resolution 4096 x 2160 @ 24 Hz / 2560 x 1600 @ 60 Hz

- Supports DVI-D with max. resolution 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz

 

 

However, three pitfalls:

a) monitor 27" 2K does not want to work for DVI / HDMI in 2560 * 1440 * 60 Hz (Dual Link DVI);

b) it works only 2560 * 1440 * 30 Hz (Single Link DVI);

c) connected by cable DVI-D TV 4K working in the native resolution (3840 * 2160 * 30 Hz);

d) in "custom resolution modes" error appears "custom resolution exceeds the maximum bandwidth"

The problem:

how to make the monitor work in native resolution at 60Hz?

 

 

I guess the problem is purely software drivers Intel (Win10 x64). Custom Reolution Utility did not help. Utilities such as pixel clock patcher for Intel does not exist.

Hi, when starting ArchiCAD 14 splash screen shows for a few seconds and crashes with error:

When I uninstall Intel video drivers thip app runs correcty (Windows video driver). I tried different Intel video drivers for HD 530 including beta.

IntelCpHDCPSvc Executable Stopped Working

I appears the discussion on this issue has been closed out but I wanted to pass on my experience regarding this issue.

Hardware: Win 10 Pro on an XPS8900 Dell Computer using the Intel HD Graphics 530 Card.

Driver: 21.20.16.4565

 

Problem: Kept getting "IntelCpHDCPSvc Executable Stopped Working" logged as a Critical Event in the Windows Reliability Monitor.  Logged times tended to correspond to startup and Windows Updates.

 

Solution as posted by Intel and suggested by Dell Tech Spt was to roll back driver to 15.40.25.44.63.  I kept questioning this solution because Dell for months has continued to show driver 21.20.16.4565 as the recommended (and presumably certified) driver.

 

Additional information: I started to notice “XPS 8900 ERROR - (A7) Me FW Downgrade - Request MeSpiLock Failed” messages being very briefly displayed during boot up (power on).  See Dell Community solution: XPS 8900 ERROR - (A7) Me FW Downgrade - Request MeSpiLock Failed - General Hardware - Desktop - Dell Community 

 

Findings: After Dell assisted me with a sequence to clear up potential BIOS Boot Mode issues, it appears this also solved the Intel Graphics driver problems when using 21.20.15.4565.  It's been 16 days since making adjustments to the BIOS Boot Mode and there have been no "IntelCpHDCPSvc Executable Stopped Working" events logged and no need to roll back the driver to the earlier version mentioned in the Intel discussion board.

530 graphics will not detecte duplicate monitor

I have a Dell 17R 3 with a graphics amplifier and a 1070 NVidia graphics card and intel 530 I have the latest drivers for all.  Lap top settings are when lid is closed do nothing  set for duplicate monitor when the lid is open and monitor on it will duplicate 1/2 when I close the lid it goes back to only 1 screen showing. If the I disable the 530 when  close the lid the display setting shows both screens. To watch videos in full screen 530 needs to be disabled. This is not a Microsoft or Dell problem since by taking the 530 out of the picture all works fine. Also when lid open and second monitor on in duplicate 530 does not detect second monitor says there is only the one

With HD530 (Skylake) no shadow under mouse pointer

Hello to all,

 

I have an interesting problem which is pretty annoying. My system is with i5 Skylake with HD530 and W10.

 

IntelHD Graphics prefs has a setting for spectrum range, I had to select full spectrum range, and then the shadows appear until the next system restart.

 

Does anybody know how to turn on shadow below mouse pointer permanently?

 

 

Also in Photoshop my pointer looks weird, everything with the pointer is weird. I think my question should be addressed to Intel: Can you make the driver work 100%? A shadow is really the last thing I would be expecting to be an issue. Customers are paying quite big money for Intel products, so we expect quality products and services.

What is the latest graphics driver for Z3740D?

I'm running a tablet PC on Windows 10 with Intel Atom Z3740D CPU.

 

Windows Update installed 10.18.10.4358 drivers for Intel HD Graphics, but I wonder if there is a more up-to-date version.

 

There is no software present on the ark product page and Intel Driver Update Utility could not find any whatsoever.

Did Intel not just dump support on this CPU but even deleted old drivers for this model?

 

Moreover, manufacturer of my tablet PC went bancrupt and took down its own site, so no help there either.

It appears that GL_ARB_TEXTURE_BUFFER_OBJECT is missing from the Windows OpenGL driver. This is part of OpenGL 3.1 and driver advertises 4.3 but does not seem compliant. Please read the issue report linked above for more information.

hi

 

i have a laptop ( Dell 3521 )  with intel core i5-3337u  and intel HD 4400 ( it also has a dedicated ATI RADEON HD 7670M )

 

I have downloaded the DEMO of FIFA 17 ,  however i face a big problem

 

kindly check the following error message :

 

i have searched a lot, but cannot find any update with 15.40 version which is compatible with my processor

 

also i have tried to force the game to run on my ATI ( using graphic switchable mode), but the same issue

 

any help plz ?

Does HD 4000 cope with HDMI 1.2 port to get Full HD resolution (1920x1080, 60Hz)?

I have an old laptop which has i5-3317U (HD 4000), HDMI v1.2 and 8G ram, so I am going to try to connect full HD monitor via HDMI port. As I know, HD 4000 graphics supports full HD resolution, but I am not sure HDMI v1.2 is gonna cope with it. Could I get the resolution via HD 4000 + HDMI v1.2?

DX9 dark overlay issue on Iris Pro 6200

All of the DX9 games have black overlays with MSI Afterburner, no matter what I do. DX11 overlays are fine. AMD & NVIDIA cards have working (colored) overlay on any DX version.

  1. Install MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner statics server
  2. Turn on the overlay in Rivatuner Statics server (and pick a color for it)
  3. Open the DX9 games mentioned above
  4. You'll see that the overlay is dark black and very hard to see instead the color you set

HD6000 3D Blu ray performance issue

Using PowerDVD 15 I am seeing inconsistent playback of 3D blu ray. When I start a 3D movie (TV is a Vizio M801D-A3; 1080p/24Hz; frame-packing), the image may distort frequently and cause an image that appears to almost look like its viewed underwater. Depth of the image is also incorrect for seemingly random parts of the image. If I then pause the movie for a few seconds, or back up to the beginning of the chapter, the issue so far resolves itself, but sometimes it takes a few tries to do so.

 

This seems like a driver bug. I did not have this issue using PowerDVD 15 with Nvidia graphics on my previous build. Attached is my Intel system profile and dxdiag report if that helps. I'd appreciate any assistance.

Lagging with an Intel HD Graphics 530

I have bought an HP pavilion 550-265ng that has as graphic card an Intel HD Graphics 530.

 

If connect the computer to a Samsung 4K TV the lagging is too hard that it is impossiible to use the PC. No problems with an HD Monitor 1080p. I tried almost of configurations 1920x1080, 800x600, 4K with serveral refresh (29 Hz, 50 , 60, 30) but the behavoir is always the same.

 

I have already contact to HP Support and we updated every driver that we could.

 

Maybe, this issue is related with:

     - Intel HD Graphics 530 - Poor performance 4K or

     - Intel HD Graphics 530 - Poor performance 4K

screen turns off- and on if PSR is enabled

I have the problem that if Panel Self Refresh (PSR) is enabled in the Intel driver settings, which is the default setting, my panel switches off- and on every few seconds (when not using the computer). When PSR is disabled, the issue does not appear. Nevertheless, I would like to use PSR to have a higher battery life, so the issue should be fixed. I already swapped the display without success.

  2. make sure PSR is enabled
  3. dont move cursor
  4. -> screen turning off and on

When we analysed the crash dump, we suspect this to be with the Graphics drivers however user has the drivers updated to latest patch level. Any more idea’s to hit the root of this issue.

Screen Stretch

hi

i'm using laptop dell inspiron N5010 and i got some troubles in screen stretch in online games and i once saw an advice here to stretch the screen but it was another kind of laptops so i ask if there any thing can any one help there any thing can any one help.

it's all about to increase my screen resolution but i can't increase it anymore.
